that someone unfollowed me on tumblr after saying that I was atheist. It happens on twitter too. When i first heard about Frankenstein
I thought Mary Shelley was an atheist. Or at least not super religious, but the book has changed my mind. The whole idea of the book is basically “don’t mess with nature and god’s creations, or your life will be a living hell.” I thought it would be more revolutionary and deeper than another religious message. Then again, what can you expect from 1800s british literature..
